Smart lock didn't work at check-in due to low battery. I don't understand why hosts can't check the battery level before hosting each guest; I have issues with like half of all smart locks I encounter. Host communicates well, and the home is very comfortable. You'll see palmetto bugs occassionally, and some of the cookware was not properly cleaned. Great value for the location.

Swims

The place is super clean and just as pictured. The only complaint would be the sleeper sofa is extremely uncomfortable but we did bring an air mattress so all was good.

Won't be back

Though this place is nicely renovated in a cute neighborhood, the quality of the furnishings is a deal breaker. The queen bed is one of those jiggly, fall into the center beds, the sofa is shot ( don't count on using the sleeper sofa) & you have to pull out the sofa to turn on the lamps. Very little info from the owner. There are better places to stay for the price. Lamps. lamps
