Awesome view of blind pass and the gulf. Room was clean. Secured location with friendly staff. Got to see dolphins everyday from the balcony. A huge plus: the condo had beach chairs we could take down to the beach!

Everything was so easy as far as check in and check out, amazing unit with the best view!

St. Pete Beach

Wonderful location in a quiet gated community. The unit was supplied well and very clean. The kitchen appliances were a standout. Plenty of very good restaurants and activities within 5 miles or less. The pool, hot tub, boardwalk around the property, and the beach were all great. Encountered only two very minor problems; the water filter needs to be changed in the refrigerator and I could not get the electrical outlet in the guest bathroom to reset. We would definitely return to this unit if the opportunity arises in the future.

Great stay!

Our family recently stayed here. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking! The water view from the condo was really beautiful! Our family greatly appreciated the beach gear in the condo- beach towels, chairs, toys, etc. My only complaint is that it wasn’t as clean as I would hope for the price. There were rings on the countertops and tabletops where drinks had rested from previous guests, showing that they hadn’t even gotten wiped down. There was a lot of hair on our bathroom floor and there were a few other things that just made us feel like it wasn’t cleaned well. Other than this, we really loved our stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great except that we were supposed to have a King bed, but when we arrived it was only a Queen. Also, it was advertised as (3) tv's but there was none in the kids bedroom

Pleasant apartment with some issues

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a pleasant stay in this apartment, but probably would not return.Pros:the viewwell-appointed kitchensplit floor planCons:Toilet in 2nd bath did not flush on arrival. Requested repair but had to fix ourselves after waiting 3 hours. With a toddler napping in the master bedroom, we needed both toilets available.Floors were not cleaned well prior to arrival.One towel hanging on the rod was streaked with dirt and linens for one of the beds were stained.Quality of the linens were subpar in our opinion. As expensive as the rental is, it should have good quality linens (towels and sheets).There is no apartment number outside the unit. The other units on the floor had numbers on or outside the door.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 7 nights at the condo and loved the location, view and sound of the waves crashing against the rocks . The kitchen was great and had everything you needed . The sofa was not the most comfortable and every time someone got up it made a noise. We came with 4 Adults and 2 small kids so the sleeping arrangement was not the best for us ... 2 Adults where sleeping on the single beds and the mattresses weren’t comfortable. The location of the condo is beautiful and we had all a great time ! Would come back !
