More than comfortable, accessible to everything needed and could want. Kid friendly, excellent wi-if, all staff werewonderful. Will definitely be back.

Spacious room, very clean. We loved the Loch Ness pool. Great for the family and convenient location.

Staff is very helpful. The kitchen is great for drinks and snacks. The spa services werequires great. Lovely whirlpool and sauna.. 5 other pools and 2 water slides for the kids. Amazing golf.

Very 80's feel and smell. Why does everything have a daily resort fee?? Just put the total price up front we are not stupid we are your customers.

Rooms are nothing like the pictures. Feels like an old assisted living home for seniors. Smells just like one.

Overall a great experience..staff was very friendly..many amenities..convenient to highway and shopping

Reserved two units. One for me the other for my guests. We were in different buildings and pretty far apart.

It is a huge complex. If you want to golf is the place for you! The room we stayed was on a older building. No elevator--condo like building. It smelled old and the outdoor and hallways showed the age. The room was large and very nice. The room smell was horrible-sewage? Not sure but it was on and off. There is a nature walk that was very cool, must do. The pool was good. It was ok for a day was expecting more room luxury from a resort.

Great family vacation spot with all the pool options and close to the beach. Wonderful rooms with kitchen and a panel to close off the beds from the living area. Shuttle service to Honeymoon beach, which was fantastic.

The staff was pleasant. Rooms are out dated but, very clean. There is tram to take you from place to place but, beware of grumpy the driver. This grumpy older man left my son stranded and wouldn't pick him up from our place and bring him to the pool. He had locked himself out of our room and they hung up on him. He was with my friends daughter who we had reported missing they were gone for over an hour because they were walking from one end of the place to the other to get back to us. There is no age requirement on the tram so they say. My son is a very responsible 10 year old. He tried to call front desk numerous times and they would hang up on him. Only when they realized that my friends daughter was reported missing did a driver pick them up while walking. I will never come back to this place or recommend anyone with children to go here. Management has never even called me back about this incident. As far as check in They never bothered to let me know when my room was ready. I just sat and waited for the text they said they would do wasted about 3 hours of my stay waiting on them.

first room we were placed in smelled like mothballs. we had to sit in hall and wait for staff to come bring new keys for a new room. room was small and didn't have balcony.

The resort was fantastic with many wonderful golf courses. Restaurants were good, but overpriced. My biggest complaint is the awful lodging. Old condos built in the 70's that have not been updated. Green shag carpeting and just disgusting decor. The resort I liked, the lodging, not so much.

Amazing stay from beginning to end! Highly recommended to anyone! Staff was friendly and extremely helpful, it was very clean and had everything I needed!

Very nice place. Excellent to play golf and have a relaxing time with the family

It is a beautiful tropical golf and family resort. Condo was amazing. They were not ready for our check-in and then finally upgraded our condo after we waited until 4:30. They do tack on an extra $20 per day for "resort fee" without informing us.

The golf was great, very scenic with lots of wildlife, and lots of water. Very challenging.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Innisbrook. The pool, nature walk and lots of extra activities worked great for our family. We do not golf but the courses looked beautiful. The pool was our favorite place to relax and eat lunch and snacks. The resort has lots of activites to choose from to make your trip more enjoyable. Our room was a good size and very quiet. We overlooked a lake, blooming flowers and a golf course in the distance.

Some of the staff in front lobby were a little aloof
