The property is clearly very dated but provided our family everything we needed for an enjoyable two night stay.

Lots of activities and space to explore great location and wonderful staff

The first two rooms they gave us were unclean with dead bugs! Yes, dead bugs. Will never stay here again.

Liked the shuttles My room had cockroaches, and shower was cold

kitchen didn't have a corkscrew and only had decaf coffee packets-minor things and the rest was fantastic. Beautiful property and rooms. Great porch views. Quiet. Melissa one of the servers at the Market Grill at the Osprey was wonderful

Quiet surroundings. Overpriced golf course for the actual value

This is a gem in Palm Harbor. A great, hidden escape from the chain hotels all around. Quiet. Peaceful. Safe. Great service. They are in the process of updating now which will make it even better!

I was glad I had a rental car. 30 minutes distance from the beach, the state park, and Clearwater. Pool is great. No room service. They charge for everything, even their little bottle of water. There is no justification for a resort fee. Even the classes at the gym aren’t included in the resort fee. Kitchen is outdated but has all the utensils if you plan on cooking your meals. The only suggestion I have to the hotel is to remove the carpet. It has an unpleasant odor. I ended up getting used to it though. There is a Greek coffee place located about 3-4 miles away that you must try. Overall I enjoyed my experience but next time I will stay somewhere in Clearwater.

Everything was great but disappointed that there were no elevators!

Outdated quiet a bit restaurant takes forever to get served with a little care that place has potential great place to be with Family very confusing when you check in if you get 2 rooms and are with a group they separate you and is ok to them which I didn’t like

Garbage wasn’t tried out with food containers and had to dispose of it ourselves. Was attending a church conference and was delayed in leaving due to the rain flooding the front entrance of the doors and sidewalks was very unsafe.

We had a nice stay while the guys golfed. But the place is older and dated and there is not much of a wow factor. It appears to be a retirement community. Nothing much was open during the day during their slow season. Beautiful grounds though. We would return at the reduced, summer rate but don't feel that it is worth much higher charges than that.

Came down from chicago for a 3 night stay. Close to beaches...and areas such as Tarpon Springs...Howard Park. Nice restaurants and pools on site. Everyone at resort was friendly. Resort fees includes free washer and dryer use..which was convenient before flying back home. The room we had (3311) was very spacious with king bed bedroom/updated kitchen and bathband had a nice view of copperhead/north golf course. I would come again and recommend to others.

The resort is large with plenty of golfing options. Somewhat dated in decor and look. Good place to stay.

The hotel was a bit outdated. Looked to be built in the 70s or so. There were NO elevators in the facility which was very inconvenient considering we had to lug all our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs but the grounds were very nice and the restaurants were very nice. The pool areas were well maintained and had an adequate amount of personnel to maintain them. They charge a resort fee which was not mentioned when I first booked the room. That was a bit deceiving but all in all, we had a fairly comfortable stay at this hotel.

While it is a bit dates and feels almost like you are walking into a nursing home at first, it is actually quite comfortable and clean. The grounds are beautiful. It's a nice golf course, great spa and I wish I could have used the pool as it looked awesome (was too cold). The prices were a bit much, but prices everywhere were a lot as it was spring break time. IF the price is right, try it out. Theres a small kitchen with a stove as well.

Dear Kirti, Thank you for choosing the Innisbrook Golf & Spa Resort on your recent visit. I was concerned to hear about your experience with the cleanliness of your guest room. I would like to take this opportunity to apologize, as that was not the way we typically take care of our guests. We have discussed this topic with the housekeeper who cleaned the room before your arrival, and the Supervisor who should have double-checked the room, and given the room an additional preventative maintenance cleaning. I know that does not change your experience but I hope that you can feel confident that we heard your concern.
