Please be advised that Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing a phased exterior restoration project, including balcony repairs, concrete work, and painting. During your stay, you may experience construction noise during working hours and occasional adjustments to parking availability. Typical construction hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, during which the pool will be closed. The pool is available daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM after construction concludes and remains open all day on weekends. Please note that the balcony for this unit will NOT be accessible and the booking is non-refundable. The nightly rate has been reduced to reflect this inconvenience.

When we first arrived (which was on a Sunday so no one was at the desk) our balcony was closed off because they were working on it. We had specifically requested a room with the balcony open. We woke up to Jack hammering so loud the next morning right outside our window we couldn’t even have a conversation. Thankfully when the front desk staff arrived Monday morning they did move us to a different unit where the balcony was open and it wasn’t quite so loud. We appreciated that very much. Unfortunately the pool was closed from 8-4 during the day due to construction. The room itself was great, no complaints there.
