The unit is adorable, clean and close to beach and restaurants. Everything you need is provided by this host. When we reached out with questions, the host was quick to respond and address our needs. For a two bedroom two bathroom condo, the living space was smaller than expected. However, most of our time was spent at the beach or walking around Madeira/Johns pass and for two guests, it was perfect. Everything was described accordingly, beach chairs, cooler and provided SPF were appreciated. The beach wagon has seen better days but it’s usable. Overall, I would highly recommend and certainly plan to visit the property again!

Summer vacation

This is our second time in this building perfectly located, walking distance to John’s Pass for dinner, drinks and shopping and across the street from the beautiful beach. The condo was in perfect condition, all the necessary equipments and beach chairs, umbrella and wagon for 2 persons so we rented daily 2 long chairs and another umbrella to keep the family in the shade when needed. Had an issue with one of the chair that got resolved in less than 30 minutes. Owner and team are very responsive. On behalf of my family thank you for making this short summer vacation simply perfect

Short walk to Johns Pass and even shorter to the beach. The little extras like the Beach Wagon Cart were very handy and I wish we would have used it to bring up the groceries and beverages! Nice stay

Fantastic place!

Originally booked a unit across the street from this one, got a call a couple hours before check in from owner stating that the unit was unavailable because of an issue, they offered us an upgrade to an ocean view unit directly on the beach, it was bigger and better but with no extra charges.
