Each level also features hurricane shutters. Private and exclusive, with a private garage, and a beachside pool, this home offers Florida living at its finest!
Located directly on the beach you don't need to leave, but this home is also just steps from public tennis courts. Centrally located there are multiple dining options all within a short drive certain to please any appetite. Clearwater is a quick 10-mile drive north where entertainment, shopping, and dining options are endless!

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
