Hamilton House is a smaller, more intimate, gulf front property consisting of 23 privately owned vacation rentals and literally steps away from the beach sand!

Our unit # 106 is not directly overlooking the beach but offers a partial view of the ocean at much lower prices!

The property amenities include Gulf Front heated swimming pool & interior elevator.
Plenty of balcony furniture, beach towels/chairs/umbrellas, and children’s beach toys available to our guests! Balcony is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom!

This unit offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and cabinets...everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Free wireless internet access. Cable TV in the living room and master bedroom. TV in the second bedroom does not have cable so please bring your favorite streaming device.

Sleeping accommodations include QUEEN beds in both bedrooms. There is a walk-in shower in the master bathroom and a tub shower combo in the second bathroom.

This unit has a washer/dryer, central heat and air conditioning.
Parking is assigned with 1 covered and 1 uncovered parking space. No trailers, RVs or boats.

Quyen was very helpful and super friendly anytime I had a question. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a month long home away from home. Loved the location. The Gulf is in the backyard of this Condo. The quaint Cafe's and restaurants are within a walkable distance. Loved the climate of this part of Indian Rocks Beach.
