Easy check-in process, Host communicates well, we had a wonderful stay! Fantastic outdoor dining option, with screened in patio area overlooking the pool had us feeling like we were staying at a resort, highly recommended!

The place was clean and the location was perfect, closer to the beach than we thought. Elisha was responsive and very nice. Our dog felt comfortable inside but was a little freaked out by the variety of bird song that he heard in the backyard. They didn't sound like the birds in GA. Overall very nice, we plan on returning.

Overall stay was great, but pool maintenance was intrusive and yard guys covered the pool with clippings. Kitchen lighting was dim and and adding lamps in bedrooms and great room would really help. We loved the variety of seating areas both inside and out.

Lasting Largo Memories

Great location, amazing host, such a fantastic time!!Special touches throughout like the coffee cart, beach supplies, dog bed (Walter was obsessed!), and a kitchen that’s actually usable - knives that cut!!In addition to splashing about in the pool, we also spent time at the local beaches, jet skiing, kayaking, and eating amazing seafood. Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun home base while enjoying all the area has to offer.

Location!!!

The location of this property was AMAZING! Close to EVERYTHING- no real issues. Parking and check in directions a breeze. The neighbors were loud running Heavy equipment every day. Nothing the property owner could help. It was small but had everything my husband and i needed or could want!

Grandson's Graduation Trip

We had a great stay at the property. Let me just say how comfortable the master bed was! The outside area was beautiful! We cooked out one evening. We attended 2 Oriole's spring training games Our grandson was osesses with Coney Island Hot Dogs. Make sure to check them out!

Beutiful Home

We stayed here for a long weekend and had a great time! The home is beautiful and well updated. The host is very quick to respond and answer any questions! Very close to the beach and the porch and pool area are a great hang out spot. I would highly recommend anyone who is visiting the area to stay here!

This property is in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Good privacy with a fenced in back yard. The pool was cold so no use of the pool but we were happy to enjoy the screened in porch and back yard oasis.

What a waste of hard earned money! Dangerous area, everything was dirty, looked nothing like the pictures and had poor communication with the host! Backyard was terrible, dirty etc! I am demanding a refund as it really didn’t feel like Christmas 2200.00 later!!!!

Lovely neighborhood in Largo

I grew up in St Pete so it is always a pleasure to discover new areas I never knew about. We were in for Thanksgiving, a good way to get the family together - it was very pleasant but I'm learning that "fully stocked" usually means the bare minimum of implements (couldnt find a bic lighter!). The A/C worked great, the living room is snug but good for a small group, the deck is probably good for little kids, our group did not use much, the cooking utensils basic, is it right there's no electric kettle ? we did use the keurig coffee maker though. The garage is offlimits so parking in driveway is required (tight for two cars) but it was great weather so not a problem. I left a sweater but never heard back about it, also not that i was expecting to but a note from cleaner would have been ice. Overall - cozy, good layout (a good job was done on refiguring the insides), a little more of extra niceties as a tea kettle and basic implements, are recommended but don't detract that much from easy in-out process, and nice location. One bathroom can be a challenge so a group needs to be all copacetic. I would stay again.
