I messaged the host to see how we could get in to the Vrbo the afternoon of February 26. Host said it was already booked the day we were suppose to start staying there. Then he said it was cancelled and then said he would send a refund to us. All these messages were sent on February 26. We had no place to stay! I responded that this was ridiculous and inexcusable. We made these reservations a month in advance, January 24.

The house was awesome and the decor was very cute! The furniture and appliances were up to date and worked very nicely. The area was a littlequestiononable but we did not have any problems during our stay.
