The lady at the front desk was overwhelmed. She had no help. So she was pretty short. I got to my room and housekeeping had oversprayed some very strong air freshener. I started to have an allergy attack. They moved me to another room which was nice. Front desk lady acted like I was a bother, not once apologizing. The shower is lovely and the bed is very comfortable. The pool was dirty and the TV turns off after a certain amount of time which makes it hard for you to watch something. Bistro food was not good. But the staff there was super friendly and helpful. Worst courtyard I’ve ever stayed at.

For the price we paid a parking lot view was unacceptable for this propery. When wd asked the front desk we were told we needed to request a courtyard view when we booked. We were able to gere our neighbors which was kinda annoying. Staff was very nice.

I traveled for business, which i do very frequently, and never felt so unsafe (especially being a woman travelling solo) which stated with the front desk woman telling me that she puts her ladies on the 2nd floor when asked if i had a preference. Why the 2nd floor? Is the first floor not safe with the accessible sliding glass doors? I checked in around 630pm and left by 8pm.
