This place had it all. Starting with the inside, living area is very spacious even for toddlers to move around in. Bedrooms and beds are large and have plenty of space. Every room also has a new smart TV with fast internet. The outdoor space is amazing. Pool is huge and was very clean, some of the furniture and toys were heavily used but that to be expected. Located in the garage everything you need for the beach and double the towels you think you will need. The communications with the property manager was also great always a quick text away. 10/10 we would stay here again.

Great Backyard!

Perfect for a family of 7. Backyard was great! Loved all the seating and shade options. Great for grilling and hanging out. This property is however located next to a very busy street and high school so a lot of loud traffic ( if you are not used to that). Lots of TVs! No extra bed linens or blankets- which would have been nice to have. Also we traveled with 2 under 2- the pack and play was great to have - a highchair would have been nice to have at the house. The beds are FIRM. We would stay here again!

Surpassed our expectations

The house is beautiful and very clean but the backyard is what was our favourite, so much room for the kids to play, we played cornhole and mini golf and the pool is the perfect size! Lots of chairs and room for everyone, we didn’t have to leave the property if we didn’t want to! Will definitely be staying here again!

The house was clean and we loved the pool area. It was big enough to accommodate everyone and the house itself was spacious! It wasn't too far from the beaches, which was perfect. It was a great stay.

Resort Style Backyard

Our stay here was much better than expected. We were excited to come to town and be so close to the beach and we were shocked at how beautiful the property was. The pool was a hit with the kids and the house was more than enough room for the 9 of us. We enjoyed having the grill and full kitchen and the house was close to all dining options, the beach and grocery stores.

Family Time in FL

The house was nearly perfect for our family trip to FL. Nice space, updated décor, close to beaches, backyard and grill were wonderful to have. Kitchen is small for lots of people, but is portrayed accurately in pictures and is functional. Pool was serviced during our stay so we had to stay out for two hours; not a deal breaker but didn't realize that would happen. Two umbrellas for the beach were listed, but house only had one; another would have been good for the number of people we had. A beach wagon would also be great for transporting chairs etc. We had an issue with the lights flickering; property management was responsive and sent out an electrician. Would recommend this property and would stay here again, especially for the price point.

Indian shore vaca

All you could ask for, clean oasis. Big enough for our family, enjoyed hanging out around the pool did get pretty hot on the pool deck. Would have liked the house a little cooler, fans helped. Beach was close but finding parking was terrible a couple days.

A little oasis.

We loved the house and backyard itself. It was absolutely perfect as far as the layout of the house and the size of the pool for a family of five (three young children). Our only complaint was the location. Close to ocean and great restaurants but house itself is on a very busy road and next to a very large high school which was busy all day long. The owners have done a nice job with landscaping and a private wall which helps, but wish the location was a little less busy.

Home away form home

We stayed with a family of 10 and had plenty of space for everyone. The place was clean and well cared for. We enjoyed the outdoor space so much, the pool was beautiful with tons of outdoor seating. We used the screened in porch for every meal. Thanks again!

We stayed a week with our family. The house is beautiful. It was very clean & had everything we needed. The pool was relaxing. I highly recommend this property. It's close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. I would definitely rent this property again.
