The property is well worn and not cared for. The corridors are dirty. I was there for 10 days and my room was only serviced once. I was told it was every 4 days which was already stretching it, but then they did not even do that. Cockroach in the room. The only upside was the bed was newer and comfortable and plenty of hot water for a good shower. It was cheaper than some but you really do get what you pay for

I was charged for my service animal as an extra person which Im still looking into it to see if that is even legal, that is how this hotel treats disabled Vets. The room also smelled like it was just smoked in.

A few of the staff members as well as I lost money in the vending machines and then the front desk girl originally said 3 PM. I tried to explain my aunt has Alzheimer’s, but within minutes, Joe was rudely banging on the door as if he was law enforcement told me I don’t care that you’re not dressed. I don’t care that you don’t have your teeth in get out. But once I got my things out of the room with a threat of calling the police, I feel grateful at least at the end of the day. They kept my things safe and I appreciate that very much.

We enjoyed our stay and we're very happy with everything. Our room was newly remodeled on the bottom floor and right next to the pool and jet pool. The pool was very clean and refreshing, as was the jet pool. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely book there again 😀

You have been warned

No towels by pool. Room is dingy and rundown. Water was out for a few hours in room. Could not wash hands, shower or flush toilet. Looks more like a motel than a hotel. Pictures not an accurate representation of what it actually looks like. Will never stay there again

My reservation was changed and canceled by general manager. I had it booked for over two month. I did get my two nights but it was a stressfull hwadache. The girls at the front desk were sweet and did their best. I am waiting on a refund from Expedia. I had to pay for the second night again since they botched my stay.
