HURRICANE UPDATE: The pool is open and elevator is now back in service!

Excuse our mess while there is construction! We applied a 40% discount on the nightly rate during June and July for the construction so take advantage of this incredible deal!
Please note: From July 2025 to January 2026, the building will be undergoing a significant renovation project. Be advised that during this period, there will be active construction occurring on the exterior of the building, including balcony work, which will result in balcony closure at times.
The condo will remain open for rent during this time. However, we do want to make you aware that there will be some noise and disturbances due to the construction activities.

Escape to the beach in this elegant 1 bedroom condo. The open concept living area is beautifully decorated, complete with comfortable furniture including a queen sleeper sofa and flat screen TV to relax and catch up on your favorite shows or a movie while gazing out to the beach while listening to the waves. Savor meals in the gourmet kitchen including every convenience from home you desire with gorgeous stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar area with plenty of seating and a spacious dining table to enjoy those home cooked meals.
The large balcony overlooks the beach and with plenty of seating to enjoy a cocktail while watching the amazing sunsets the Gulf.
The beachside heated pool is surrounded by a paver deck that has both open and covered areas, as you choose your sun exposure. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand before getting into the pool or coming into the building. There are also two restrooms in the gated pool area. The large built-in gas grill is perfect for the catch of the day watching the surf and sunset.

This place was amazing! There are chairs available to rent on the beach that they put out for you and have an umbrella- I wish this was listed rather than us having to find the phone number for the people but other than that we loved this place and the location! Would stay here again
