Welcome to John's Pass-Time Beach Cottages! This entire property is yours to enjoy, featuring two separate units—upper and lower levels—each with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Step out your backdoor and follow the direct beach access path to the stunning coastline, perfect for all-day beach fun.

The lower level offers two queen bedrooms and one full bathroom, a bright and spacious living area with SmartTV and deck access, and a fully stocked kitchen (no dishwasher). The covered outdoor deck includes lounge chairs and a dining set—ideal for outdoor dinners or relaxing after the beach.

Upstairs, enjoy even more space with an open-concept living area, SmartTV, and balcony access with views of the Gulf of Mexico, a great spot to gather after your beach day and unwind while taking in the breathtaking Florida sunsets. You will find two queen bedrooms and one full bathroom here as well. A larger indoor dining table sets the scene for group meals or game nights, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. Please note - stairs are required to access the upper level.

The private backyard features a sandy retreat with a hammock, charcoal grill, picnic table, and a direct path to the beach. Additional amenities include a laundry room, free WiFi, and parking for four vehicles.

Property was exactly as described. Lock codes for entry were not released until exactly 4:00pm however had to wait for entry due to cleaning crew not being finished and were unaware we were checking in. Property is perfect and in the best location.
