The beach view from the screened in balcony was great. We enjoyed sitting outside during a half of day rain storm. Everything was just like the pictures, very clean. The building maintenance man was there every day cleaning the lobby area, elevator, pool, and hosing of the back area leading to the beach. Just a fantastic property. I would highly recommend this property. There was pool and beach equipment and my grandson enjoyed the fishing equipment and fished everyday off the pier at R.O.C Park.

Great view of the beach matched the booking pictures. Top floor unit. Property included beach chairs, beach toys, and other items as well as a soft sided cooler and ice packs from the freezer. We could have used a few more garbage bags and dishwasher detergent packs but the limited quantities were disclosed as during our booking. Enjoyed our stay!
