Adorable Studio with Gulf Views and Easy Access to the Beach!

Please be aware that Hurricane Helene 2024 left some scars. Both of our units are upstairs and were spared, with no damage at all. However, there was flood damage to the downstairs units. They are now fully mold remediated (even the upstairs was treated as an extra precaution). The whole courtyard, the pool, washers, dryers all have been replaced. The downstairs units will be eventually restored, doors, drywall, furniture etc. It is insurance related and of course manpower related. Just permitting will take at least 2 months from now. If we know more, we will post it. The company we work with will reduce the impact to a minimum, but we simply cannot exclude possible build activity 100%.
*** Our large unit 1 Bed 1 Bath #211 might be available too***

Very nice accommodations! The pictures of the outside were a bit dated (the difference was explained in the listing), but not a big enough difference to deter us from staying there again. The check in process was easy and the host was very accessible when questions arose. Proximity to the beach was very close and was located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!
