This ground-floor, one-bedroom unit offers convenient beach access within the community. With a cozy kitchenette and private patio, it’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

While some areas of the condo community are undergoing repairs from recent storms, our unit was unaffected and fully functional. You can still enjoy a beachside getaway!

Searching for a beachfront escape? This condo in Indian Rocks Beach is just steps from the sand, offering breathtaking Gulf views and unforgettable sunsets.

Inside, you`ll find modern furnishings, coastal décor, and all the comforts of home. The kitchenette is stocked with essentials, while the queen-sized bed and 43` TV in the bedroom provide a cozy place to unwind. A full bathroom is conveniently located nearby.

Additional amenities include cable, Wi-Fi, and parking for one vehicle. We also provide two beach chairs and an umbrella for your convenience.

Please note: Our unit was unaffected by the recent storms; however, some areas of the community—including exterior siding and laundry facilities—are undergoing repairs. Additionally, units at the back of the community near the beach sustained more significant damage and are currently under construction. We want to be fully transparent so there are no surprises upon arrival.

When you’re ready to explore, Indian Rocks Beach has plenty to offer. Indulge in fresh seafood at Salt Rock Grill, grab casual bites at Keegan’s or Guppy’s, or sip cocktails at The Pub while watching the sunset. Don’t forget to stop by the iconic Lighthouse Donuts for a quick morning treat!

For more adventures, take a short ride on the beach trolley to John`s Pass Village, where you’ll find shopping, dining, and exciting water activities like dolphin-watching cruises and jet ski rentals. Clearwater Beach is also nearby, offering even more entertainment, dining, and the famous Clearwater Aquarium, home to Winter the dolphin from Dolphin Tale.

Indian Rocks Beach is just south of Clearwater Beach for those who want more activities and we are only 40 mins to Tampa Airport and a short drive to many golf courses. Theme parks are all within 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours drive.

We will not be available in person, however, we are able to answer any questions you may have through the Airbnb app.

Great Value!!

This place is perfect for a couple just wanting to spend some time at the beach on a budget. Clean, well equipped and perfectly located. Had everything we needed. The beach umbrella has seen better days, but it held up for our trip. The host was communicative, and informative, although I wasn’t really checking my e-mail (I was beaching 🙂), so I didn’t see them until I got home. I guess my one suggestion would be to put all that info in a little book to leave in the table. Great stay, and would definitely return!!
