Room had no central light and only one bedside non trilight bulb between the two queens, no Kleenex, no shower cap,no conditioner and most importantly no mat for the inside of the tub which was slippery. Beds were comfortable and room was clean and had a little fridge.

Rooms were quite nice and comfortable and we enjoyed being able to eat in the restaurant at the hotel. Our main complaint was that there wasn't anyone at the front desk most of the time and I felt awkward having to phone the number left there "for immediate assistance" with my questions.

We had a great stay at the Stone Willow for a recent wedding at the golf course across the road. Staff were fantastic. They accommodated an early check in. Noticed that we had a baby stroller and gave us an accessible room very close to the entrance. The Inn was quiet, comfortable and clean. The check in and check out processes were easy. Parking lot was very close and easy to navigate. And finally, the burger at the restaurant in the lobby was AMAZING!!!

Room was dirty. Towels had stained and someone hair. my room was not clean for the entire five days I was there. Even after I asked for my room to be clean. Washroom was dirty shower curtain sustained all over it. mini fridge froze everything.

The room floors were slippery. The toilet was too low (children's height). The shower was slippery. We wanted to go to the restaurant, but they said they were closing (earlier than the published hours). We did not stay the time booked and went elsewhere. Very disappointing.
