Nestled in a peaceful street near parks, a lake, and walking trails, this property is in the heart of the wine region, with the best wineries and breweries on the Bellarine Peninsula just a 10-15 minute drive away. Enjoy a tranquil setting without the hustle and bustle of overcrowded tourist spots

The house is a double storey with 4 bedrooms . It has 3 living spaces including an open plan living & dining , with a 75 inch smart tv and surround sound .
Extra tv room near the front entry and kids play space with tv , toys and games upstairs. Master bedroom has a WIR , an ensuite with duel sinks and rain shower.
The house also features a light filled office space for two .
Laundry has washer and heat pump dryer. Iron is provided
Kitchen has induction cooking , industrial style sink , smeg oven , Nespresso coffee machine and smeg kettle.
Outdoors with massive grass backyard for kids to run around or play on the trampoline.

Bellarine stay
Our group of two families had a relaxing and fun time at Emma's place. The kids enjoyed the trampoline and the kids living area. Emma's place had all we needed for our summer stay. Thanks for hosting us.
