I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The balcony view was amazing, and the fresh sea air was just perfect. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices for everyone. Overall, such a great experience — I’d definitely love to come back!

Old hotel to be refurbished. Very bad spa area, noisy and not very clean, especially sauna. Mentioned on website to have steam room but didn’t nore shuttle bus. Housekeeping needs improvement in terms of simple special requests at the executive rooms. Lounge very poor compare to Corinthian city hotels. BUT.. once mention all these above to guest relation manager, Rachel and Elina, they made their best to make our two weeks stay pleasant and they succeeded. Thanks to them, Brian and Ashow in reception, Jean and Symantec in Lounge Hall and Joost, Ana and Muni at Broadside restaurant. Their staff in those areas are excellent!!

Lovely setting. Perfectly positioned for superb views and easy access to Valletta. The Lido was perfect for relaxing and swimming in the sea. Boardwalk restaurant is a must visit with great view, superb food and friendly staff.

We stayed from 18.7.25-28.7.25. We had a very pleasant stay very clean room s and comfortable beds. We had a suite which made us eligible for the executive lounge which was perfect for a light lunch. Sun beds weren’t readily available unless you were early to the pool/beach. All in all a very relaxing holiday.

This might be a 5* hotel, but the staff? Easily 6*—and that’s me being modest. From the second we stepped in, Ash (probably not his real name—I wasn’t wearing my contacts) welcomed us like long-lost friends, upgraded us to a balcony room for free, and basically set the “wow” bar sky-high. Inside: personal welcome on the TV, complimentary wine and water (we don’t drink, but still—classy), perfectly cool air, fresh linens, beds like clouds, and blackout curtains that kept the sunrise at bay. Pro tip: bring earplugs if you nap in the day—the air-con hums, and there’s some construction across the street until mid-2026. Nights are blissfully quiet, at the hotel- though further afield it’s a clubbing scene, far enough from the hotel so you can sleep peacefully Poolside? Heaven. Staff float over with offer of drinks so you can stay horizontal and happy without lifting more than an eyebrow.Sure, the rooms could use more charging sockets and a little tech facelift, but with service like this, who’s counting plugs? Breakfast is the real showstopper: a spread so glorious you might weep—flaky pastries, figs, fruits, cheeses, cereals, local treats, full English (yes, veggie sausages!), fresh juices, honeycomb, and the best omelet of my life—offered personally by the chef. Venita made breakfast seating effortless. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s proof that people make the place. I’d come back here for the staff alone, and wish I could’ve left more than just a “thank you” when we said goodbye.

When compared to other 5-star hotels in Malta and Gozo, the Corinthia St George regrettably falls short of expectations. The rooms are in urgent need of refurbishment, and the bathroom facilities are noticeably outdated and showing signs of disrepair. At present, the standard of accommodation reflects that of a dated 3-star property, which is difficult to reconcile with the premium pricing associated with a 5-star rating. A comprehensive upgrade would be essential for the hotel to remain competitive in Malta’s high-end hospitality landscape.

Location was very good. Great access to the sea with a private area. Good choice of restaurants. Interior is a little dated. There are some building works going near the hotel but didn't notice the noise. Had a problem with loud music from another room on our last night which took the staff a bit too long to sort it out.

Pools, breakfast, staff and cleanliness are excellent plus bus stops outside. Rooms in need of maintenance, air conditioning is loud enough to drown out snoring and lounge acess has limited food.

I had an amazing stay at The Corinthia in Malta! The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. Amazing hotel with the best staff

All the staff that work at the hotel are what makes this such a special place, everyone is so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. If you need something fixing they are there straight away. The choice of restaurants and the quality of the food is outstanding. The adult pool needs some maintenance, the wood surround is rotting and it’s making the water and your clothes smell bad.
