I accidently booked the night I wanted to stay for the wrong month. They would not refund my payment. I even asked Expedia if they would refund it and they said they would if the hotel would. The hotel would not. We stayed there for the night due to it being later in the evening and driving all day. The room we stayed in had a big dip in the floor. Everything was pretty old.

The room was clean and the food in the morning was ok. The lobby had a sour smell to it. And the shower in our bathroom really needs some CLR. With it being so close to the busy road, it was noisy all night with big trucks flying by. Staff was very pleasant.

Facilities issues. The bathroom mirror was broken, the other full length mirror glass was gone, the floor had a 3" heave in the middle of the room under the carpet. Leads me to question the structural integrity of the building. The HVAC would not work for more than a couple minutes.
