Welcome to the tiny home that feels big! This unique home is clean and tidy with bespoke finishes such as reclaimed wall planks, Newfoundland spruce siding, a custom IKEA kitchen. With floor to ceiling room dividing doors this place is both functional and stylish.

Located on the main floor is the kitchen and living room with patio doors to a fenced in back yard. The second floor includes a washroom, laundry and den area which can be used as a lounge or a dressing room. From the den you walk up the stairs into the third floor loft bedroom with a queen size bed and high end skylight. This beautiful house has been fully renovated from top to bottom and would be a great base for your St. John's stay.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

Easy check-in with keycode. Excellent kitchen facilities - even had sharp knives, which is unusual. Raspberry bushes in the backyard so we had fresh berries! Listing is clear that this is a tiny townhouse, so there are lots of stairs.We really liked the location: easy parking and easy (though hilly) walking to all of downtown.

Hosts were 100% got back to me on every question I had could not have asked to for better. The venue was spotless very clean. Had everything that we needed for our three day stay. Would certainly stay again and would stay longer. Back backyard was a little wilder than what we were used to, but since we were out and about most of the days and early evening, we did not use that area of the rental would certainly stay there again, but one has to be sure that they can climb some stairs as there are two very steep set of stairs in the venue. But I do believe that is mentioned in the description. We had a great time would certainly recommend this venue.

Close to downtown jelly bean rental

Nice small property which is walkable to downtown. A pizzeria and convenience store are less than a block away. Beds comfortable but rooms are not private since no doors. Very good place unless you can't do many stairs. Laundry was great. A small neglected backyard which could be very nice if cleaned up. Thank you.

A hidden gem!

This property was perfect for 2 people. Open/airy and up to date. The host was responsive with questions. It is easy walking distance to downtown St. Johns. Dedicated parking space(s) were a bonus. Relatively quiet neighbourhood. All the amenities in your home away from home!

This house is a recently renovated gem with plenty of amenities. We enjoyed have a coffee maker and kettle ready in the morning. The bed on the top floor was comfortable and faced a large window, which we kept open for the breeze. The middle floor washroom was large and clean. The location is perfect, a short walk to parks, the cathedral, cafes, Signal Hill, Water and George streets. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The location of the house is perfect - walkable to all the downtown action and a short drive to Signal Hill as well as the airport. The place was perfect for us as a couple, it was spotless, the host was easy to communicate with, and the parking pass was a real bonus.
