With a sitting room and large balcony immediately overlooking Porthmeor Beach, this well appointed cottage is ideally suited for enjoying the weather, watching the world go by, and experiencing spectacular sunsets. It has three bedrooms, a sunny patio garden to the rear, an enclosed courtyard which provides ample space for drying wetsuits and keeping surfboards, use of a good-sized dedicated parking space (an easy 7 -10 minute walk away), and a well equipped kitchen.

Brantwood is ideal for a couple wishing to spread out, a family group or for two couples looking to share a good sized property.​

Brantwood is located just below the Tate gallery in St Ives and has immediate access to the beach. The shops and restaurants of St Ives are a short walk, while the renowned Porthmeor Beach café is just a few steps away. It is a perfect seaside holiday destination for any age group at any time of year.

Brantwood is available is available for 7 day periods, starting Saturdays. It has a dedicated large parking space an easy 6-8 minutes walk from Brantwood. Please note, we do not accept bookings from groups of more than 5 adults and we do not accept pets.

Home From Home

A warm welcome awaits visitors with tea coffee biscuits and flowers on arrival, at this fabulous holiday house. The location of the property is perfect for a beach holiday.Tate St Ives is right on the doorstep and the Barbara Hepworth Museum is a short walk away. Everything St Ives has to offer is a short walk from the house, including fabulous bakeries shops and restaurants.

Lovely week in St Ives

My husband and I stayed at Brantwood last week. It far exceeded expectations. The property was clean and spacious but best of all was the location. Near to local shops and cafes and right on the beach with the most outstanding view. Somewhere I would love to return to.

Lovely house overlooking Porthmeor Beach

My friend and I had a lovely week at Brantwood. The weather was rather windy but brightened up for a couple of days. I was surprised at how busy St Ives was at this time of year - I last visited around 6 years ago and it wasn’t half as busy. The only improvements I would make are having a full length mirror somewhere, a tv in the dining area and making an upstairs wc/bathroom.

Stunning Location, amazing property, by far the best I've ever stayed in!

Wow! What a property! This is by far the best property myself and my family have ever stayed in, the location was perfect with parking five mins walk away. Brantwood had everything and more, body boards for the teens with beach chairs, sun loungers and beach toys. Literally a home from home with comfy beds, lovely decor and welcome tea/coffee/milk/biscuits & fresh flowers on arrival. We fell so lucky finding this property and the direct beach access was perfect, town just a minutes walk away with shops and cafes and restaurants. We would all love to come back but we looked at availability and sadly all the school holidays are taken for 2025 & 2026 and I can see why! If you are considering this property don't hesitate as its a perfect place with stunning views. Thank-you so much for letting us stay here, memories will last a lifetime and its our new happy place, hope to visit again soon when and if we can. Would highly recommend visiting Peppers Italian during your stay that has great service and food, also the Balancing Eel for takeaway fish and chips!! Thanks again for our amazing holiday, 5 stars all round. The Atterbury family.
