Take your pick of a winter wonderland or summertime playground at this gorgeous five-bedroom home, sitting right on the shore of Big Saint Germain Lake, a 1,600-acre recreational lake ideal for waterskiing, jet skiing, canoeing, swimming, or fishing, either with your own boat or right from the private dock. Enjoy provided kayaks for a quiet paddle or reel in the big one (or claim you did), then spend summer evenings grilling out on the covered patio with the assistance of two gas grills. Dine alfresco on the waterfront picnic tables, then roast marshmallows and tell fish tales around the firepit each evening.

Wintertime visitors will find just as many outdoor diversions, with ice fishing for the particularly hardy, nearby snowmobile and cross-country ski trails, and of course the time-honored Wisconsin winter pastime of watching the Packers play in a nearby bar - there’s one just down the road.

Inside, you’ll find the perfect combination of modern comfort and lake house charm, spread over two levels. The bright, open living space boasts modern, stylish furnishings, abundant natural light, and multiple cozy spots to gather with friends and family. The family chef will adore the gourmet kitchen, with gleaming quartz countertops, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, double French-door refrigerator, and wine fridge, and all the appliances they need to whip up a feast. Station the kids at the breakfast bar while the adults dine together at the adjacent table, then sip a glass of chilled wine in the pine-paneled three-season room, enjoying the lake view.

After days of adventure, snuggle up with cocoa in front of the gas fireplace, or head upstairs to play some poker at the game table. More entertainment options include seven streaming-capable smart TVs - including one in each bedroom - and free high-speed WiFi. The night ends in any of five luxurious bedrooms, including three primary bedrooms with en suite baths and a bunk room the kids (or kids at heart) will adore. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Dock details: Private dock in the water during the summer months that can comfortably hold two boats.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
