SNOWMOBILERS: You are on the famous Boboen trails and they cross the property just 100 feet from your door! Plenty of room to park your trucks and trailers! Just 4 miles away from St. Germain.

Dave´s landing was the name of my Papa´s bait shop starting in the 70‘s.
My Dad built up his bait business in this house and moved his bait shop to the gas station in St. Germain. He just wanted to use his house to relax. He loved his house, the river, the sound of it and the forest. His dream was to wake up and look out of the bedroom window and see the woods and river.
Out of love for him, I really wanted to fulfill his wish. I have completely remodeled the house and added a bedroom with a view into the forest and the river as he wished. It is now my dreamhouse and I am really happy if I can share it with you. I wish you a wonderful and relaxing stay.
The cabin is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.
