BEAUTIFULLY APPOINTED, Mediterranean style Plantation home is nestled at the end of the private Casa Del Mar subdivision, affording this lovely home with some of the best views of the gulf. The home boasts 5 bedrooms and 5 and a half baths with one of the full baths located on the ground level for easy access from the pool and patio area. The 1st level has four bedrooms, two gulf view bedrooms have their own private baths. The third gulf view bedroom shares a bathroom with the bunk room. The top level has a spacious open living, dining and kitchen concept with splendid gulf views. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with custom cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, 3 bar stools at the kitchen bar back up to the dining room with table and seating for 8. The Master bedroom suite, off the living room, includes a large king bed, Jacuzzi tub, double vanities and a large walk in shower. Just off the living and dining room is a large covered porch with outdoor seating, loungers and table and chairs. A perfect outdoor living space to read, play games or just take in the marvelous views. A brick paved walkway from the house takes you straight to the designated Casa Del Mar beach boardwalk. The house is pet friendly (dogs only) so bring your furry friends with you. This home is a delight and ready to make your vacation memories!

Loved our stay on SGI

The location of this property was perfect! it was quiet, at the end of the plantation, and right next to a boardwalk for easy access to the beach. Beds & pillows were acceptable but not great. We enjoyed the large indoor dining table where all 10 of us could sit comfortably for dinner. We also spent many hours on the outside patios reading, napping, and eating! Great family experience at this property.
