The 1st floor is arranged with 2 guest bedrooms, shared guest bath and the beautiful and completely renovated Master suite, with a large walk in shower, dual vanity sinks and gorgeous soaking tub! The 2nd level is the main heart of this exquisite home with a splendid remodeled kitchen, dining and living rooms, all open with panoramic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico! The remodeled kitchen has granite counter tops, new stainless appliances, wet bar and a spacious open island with bar stools. The large dining room table has seating for 6, and 6 bar stools at the counter island, making it perfect for those large family gatherings. The top floor has one of the most stellar views on the island and is set up with 2 queens and a lovely remodeled full bathroom, with elevator service to this level as well! All bedrooms and the living room come equipped with large flat screen TVs. All new exterior decks with cable rail systems, are wonderfully appointed with comfortable Polywood furniture.
