Welcome to "FLYING HIGH". This stunning new construction beachfront home is located on the East End of St. George Island. Boasting four king suites, private pool, hot tub, gas fire pit, ping pong table and so much more for the whole family to enjoy. Entry to the home starts in the laundry room which leads you directly to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, breakfast bar that seats four and granite counter tops. The large wooden dining room table seats eight. The living area features comfortable seating, a large TV and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The Master suite features a king bed, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, soaker tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom on this floor features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a standard shower/tub combo. Directly off of the living area is access to the covered deck, featuring outdoor seating and stairs leading to the pool area. Upon entering the second level you are greeted by a foosball and ping pong table. Directly off of the play room is a den with a sleeper sofa, poker table and direct access to the covered deck. The covered deck features outdoor seating and stunning views of the Gulf. A second master suite featuring a king bed, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, soaker tub, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom on this floor features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with standard shower/tub combo.
