Enjoy all the community amenities the Plantation has to offer including community swimming pools, tennis courts, bicycle paths, nature trails, and a fitness center. The first floor offers a queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds that share a Jack and Jill style bathroom. You will find a laundry area with a washer/dryer in the hall. The second floor boasts the common areas and the master suite. The open concept living area features comfortable seating, plenty of natural light, wood burning fireplace, and TV. The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with white appliances and has a pantry. The dining table seats six. The master suite features a King bed with shared bathroom. Also on this floor a screened porch with dining table and rocking chairs is available.
