The living area features comfortable seating also featuring stunning views. A second large covered deck can be found on this floor. The fourth bedroom is on this floor with a neighboring bathroom. The exterior of this home offers under house parking, enclosed outdoor shower and fish cleaning area. Direct access to the beach is directly across the street.
