Sunset Retreat - 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Bayfront home with private pool & Hot Tub

This beautiful bayfront home has many things to offer. It has wonderful open views of the bay and is truly a "sunset retreat". The sunset at this home is like no other! View from the spacious deck or from the private pool or hot tub. Any way you like, you will be amazed and simply fall in love with this home!

The home accommodates 6 people.

The floor plan is open and spacious. WiFi throughout the home. It is a very roomy 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Bedroom one has a king bed with master bath that includes a walk in shower. Bedroom two has a set of twin bunk beds and a queen bed with the second bathroom right outside the bedroom door.

The kitchen has been fully renovated with stainless appliances and is fully stocked with anything you should need for your stay. Plenty of utensils, pots, pans, a Keurig, a regular coffee pot, baking pans and more.

There is a private dock you can tie your boat to if needed. The dock has a fish cleaning sink and electricity as well as a bench for fishing from the dock or just relaxing by the water!

Under the house is a game room with a full size pool table, a picnic table, hot tub and outdoor shower. There are also bikes in the game room area for your use. The backyard is fully fenced for your furry friends.

Sunset Retreat is only minutes from local restaurants and shopping and beach access is only a couple blocks away.

**There is a flood light camera that faces the driveway only** No other cameras are on the property.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard.

The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. We did not use the pool, but did use the hot tub every night. We grilled supper a few times on the charcol grill. The kitchen was well appointed for our needs.A quick walk daily to the beach was awesome! The property was very clean and comfortable. We used the washer and dryer, glad to have it! Saw dolphins feeding just off our doc, marvelous sun sets, beautiful views ... a really nice place to stay. We want to come back next year.

My family loved staying at this property. The pool, fishing on the dock, seeing the dolphins every morning and kayaking in the bag. Grandkids loved being able to kayak to the oyster beds and investigate. We will be staying here again, perfect size and so much for the kids to do!!

Great home on the bay!

We really enjoyed out stay at Sunset Retreat. The home is very attractive, comfortable and has an incredible view of the bay. The family enjoyed fishing from the dock, playing pool in the rec are and riding bikes that were provided. The property is fenced so our pups were safe and could enjoy the sand and sun!

Best vacation we have had in a long time.

honestly this place was a dream to us. it was very relaxing and quite. the waters and surrounding landscapes were absolutely stunning. we were able to actually reset our minds here. the fishing and crabbing from the dock were excellent. the kind really enjoyed the pool and the games provided at the house. the restaurants on the island were in my opinion to die for. we were sad to leave but we will return in the future. I highly recommend sunset retreat and will be advising other friends and family to check it out.

We had a wonderful time at sunset retreat. The view of the water was awesome and I’ve never seen more awesome sunsets. We loved the dock to fish off of, thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and also loved the pool table downstairs. It was perfect! Great experience.

Sunset Retreat (a little piece of paradise!)

Our stay was wonderful and relaxing thanks to the host supplying all the comforts of home. So quiet and peaceful with amazing views. We loved the view from the main living area. It was a non stop view that didn’t disappoint. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals and we ate all there except one lunch. Easy walk to the beach. Plenty of room and perfect with one dog accompanying us.

Perfect Getaway!

Everything was exactly as advertised. The views from the dock were perfect for dolphin sightings and amazing sunsets. No need to battle the crowds on the beach or pier because you have access to catching all the fish you want right in the backyard.No need to look any further for the perfect getaway for you and your spouse or if you want to bring the family down. It's a wonderful house that actually feels like a home. Listing is accurate and the pictures don't do the view off of the dock justice. Kitchen was well stocked and newer appliances.
