We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was great! Just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to all the restaurants. The living room sofa and chair could use an update, but otherwise, the house was very clean and had everything we needed. This was our first time to St. George, and we can't wait to come back.

House was very clean. Bed was comfy. Loved how close it was to the beach, just a short stroll. House had everything we needed. Very relaxing stay. Our dog enjoyed his stay as well. Host was easy to communicate with.

Our host was amazing and very attentive to any need we may have. He made sure the pool company came out and the pool was heated. It was clean and very comfortable for a multigenerational family to vacation.

Our favorite place to eat is Paddy’s.

We absolutely love the property. Several members of our party have issues with stairs and this ground level house was perfect. The beds and seating were comfortable. The heated pool was very enjoyable. Our host was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely rent this home again.

Fantastic house!

Cannot say a nice thing about the second party company that manages this property! They were awful! The property owner was the best! The couple of hiccups we had he completely solved or absolutely did his best! The house! Spacious! Beautiful decor! Beachy feel throughout! Large rooms! Plenty of space for the 7 of us. The pool was so wonderful. Was cleaned during out stay as is done 2 times a week. She was pleasant and done quickly! Will definitely be back!

Family trip

We booked it because we was wanting to try somewhere different for vacation. The house itself was nice plenty of room about a three or four minute walk to the beach. The downside was one of the bathrooms. Had an out of order sign on it when we got there one did not have a shower and the one that did have a shower it was very small and they said that the pool was cleaned twice a week, but we was there seven days and no one ever came and cleaned it or vacuumed it there was still sand and dirt on the bottom of the pool the whole time we was there that wasn’t really that big a deal to us, though if we ever went back to St. George Island, we would probably stay there again

This house is old, old, old. It has not been maintained well. I would never stay here again. The listing indicates no stairs but there are many huge deep steps to the poor. Also, there are ramps from one bedroom to the kitchen and another ramp from a bedroom to the hall. There is a massive rusting storage building on the property filled with old appliances and furniture. At least 25% of the windows' seals are broken. Listing shows umbrella at pool, but there is not an umbrella or chairs, towels, or floats to take the beach. The gas grill had no propane tank. The small bedroom closet doors were broken stored inside the closet. Many of the blinds are broken. One of the two patios is only available from the outside and the patio door is missing a doorknob. Most light fixtures' globes are missing. I had to call the host to fix the shower drain which was not draining. Did I mention it was old?

No Joy!

Because of hurricane Helene, acess to the island/ property was blocked. 24 days later and the property manager will not return my messages and I cannot get a refund! Do not stay at any of their properties!

We cannot say enough positive things about our stay at Sea Level! From the cleanliness, comfortable beds, spacious living area and beautiful swimming pool - Everything was just perfect! We will most certainly be back for another stay.

Spring break 2024

We had a smooth early check-in. Property manager was great about meeting us in the middle of the night to check in. We had a lot of privacy and space in the house. You didn't feel on top of neighbors. The walk to the beach was super short and easy. The extra kitchen space came in handy for cleaning fish and storing them in a separate fridge. There really is only one shower but it worked fine for us. Very layed back vacation and very enjoyable 🌞
