Quality of food could be improved. the decaf. coffee was not hot. It would be an improvement if you had some one to keep the counters wiped down. Some people are very messy . so when I came down to eat. things did not feel clean, so I did not eat. This is brought to your attention, only to help improve your business for people staying at your hotel. I love your place and always stay there.

The refrigerator in the room didn't work, nor did the ice machine on our floor. The shower head just produced a small trickle so it was hard to take a shower. The carpet in the halls was dirty (probably from the rubber wheels on the large baggage carts they had for hauling luggage. Not huge deal breakers but for $170 a night you'd expect things to work and be a little nicer. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very nice.
