Wingate by Wyndham St. George

Large, clean rooms. Staff very responsive to requests. Overall, a pleasant experience

The first night, we were in a first floor room near the outdoor pool. We heard screaming kids until past 11pm, and the pool pumps would cycle every 3 minutes, making it hard for me to sleep (my wife has hearing challenges and was not bothered). We requested a quieter room for the rest of the stay, and we're placed in a 4th floor room that was extremely quiet.

The hotel was clean the staff fabulous. We didn't like the tub at all but everything else was great.

Very nice place to stay in St. George. Clean and well kept.

Quite - Good night Rest. Free Internet - Gift Bag for a late night snack

We had a very late check in and the guy at the front desk was very nice and helped us get checked in very fast. We loved the room. Great size and even had a couch and pullout bed. The room was very clean and decorated nicely. I slept like a rock on the bed because I was so exhausted but had it been a normal night I don't think I would've thought it was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and so nice to have. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, nicely furnished and fantastic breakfast included. Pool small but nice. Not much sun as it is between buildings . Would stay again for value and nice amenities.

I was really happy that I booked my stay here. My family and I of four planned a trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. This hotel was a great stay before heading on to the parks. The room we stayed in was a suite with a kitchenette, a king bed in a separated room with two sliding doors, and a stow away sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is clean. The water is softened and feels great in showers. The bed is very comfortable and we had a very good sleep.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. They were going to upgrade our room, which was thoughtful, but were unable to because all the rooms were full. The room was fantastic, although I was disappointed that the bathtub was so small. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nice. The breakfast was was good. Unfortunately, the pool was smaller than expected. Altogether it was a nice hotel to stay in.

The facility and room were very nice and spacious for our needs. We stayed for two nights and felt it was an excellent choice. The breakfast was very doable with alot of choices. There were only 2 things that bothered us. The air conditioning unit put out an incredible amount of noise so we had to keep the TV turned up very high in order to hear it. And there is a very confusing roundabout near this facility. Fortunately, there were alot of great choices for dining within walking distance.

We stay at this hotel a couple times a year. Great breakfast with eggs, waffles, bacon, etc. rooms are modern and quiet. There were a couple holes in one of our sheets but it was replaced quickly when the front desk was notified. Nice staff.

Stayed for a special day at Zion National Park. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the free hot breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Spent 3 nights and was very impressed with the facilities and the staff. Both days the staff cleaned our room in about 20 minutes while we were eating breakfast. It was almost like they noticed us leave the room and they were in an out by the time we got back.

We have stayed in several places in St. George and we have a new favorite at the Windgate. The room was comfortable and clean, the fitness center was one of the best we have used in a hotel, the staff were very nice, the breakfast was about what you would expect at a hotel, and the location was good. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying again!

We have stayed at this location a number of times and every single time the experience has been most pleasant. In the warmer seasons, the outdoor pool and spa are fabulous. During the colder times the room attractive and comfortable. The location is a bit far from the activity and food options but overall value very good.

We just stayed one night on a trip back from Yellowstone. The room was clean, the staff was helpful. The free breakfast was OK -- all in all it was a pleasant place to stay!

Great hotel, nice and clean. Also, the price is reasonable. Need clean on microwave or get new microwave on breakfast area. I am very like this hotel. I will stay again.

We had a good experience . The breakfast bar was good and appealing. The staff was knowledgeable regarding the area and sights to see. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Stayed here on a mini-vacation and loved every minute of it. It is tucked away in a nice little corner away from the freeway and is quiet. It is in walking distance of Wal-mart so if you forget something its easy to get. Staff was nice and friendly and accommodated us when needed. I would definitely stay here again.

I am very easily grossed out by hotels. At this hotel I wasn't scared to touch anything. Even though I still had thoughts of, "have they ever wiped down the headboard" or "do they ever shampoo the couch" it wasn't because it was dirty, just me being overly concerned. It was clean and I would stay there again. My husband said the bed was too hard and he was bothered by the out of service hot tub. (Teenagers had dumped alcohol in it the night before so I think he's just being silly about that complaint.) I would ask for the top floor if possible, the ceiling sounds like it's going to cave in whenever the guests walk around. All in all, at the end of the trip we give it 3.5 stars. Great place to stay for a few nights.
