This beautiful unit is situated just steps from the resort’s stunning pool and hot tub, surrounded by palm trees and lounge chairs. Your ground-level patio is furnished with a grill and outdoor dining set, where you can relax while kids make use of the adjacent play area. During sun-filled pool days, easily walk back to your home for snacks and bathroom breaks. Just as easily, return to the pool area for an evening soak in the hot tub.

The Space:
When leisure time brings you indoors, cozy up on the large sectional couch facing the smart tv. While some of your group relaxes here with a movie or favorite show, the cook of your group can get busy in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and large island with barstool seating.

This home sleeps 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Great location!!

The layout of the place was fantastic and the proximity to the pool was killer! This is exactly what I wanted where we could see the pool outside of the sliding glass door and easily go back-and-forth. The pool was great and not overcrowded. The water was a perfect temperature. We loved our stay.

Great family friendly condo

We love staying at Estancia when we come to St George! The amenities are great! Our kids love to play pickle ball and swim when we come. This condo was very clean and the management company was amazing to work with! The communication was quick and they were willing to come right out and fix a faucet and bring some salt, pepper and basic spices. We will definitely stay here again!

We were blown away with the level of welcome (personalized welcome note, mints on pillows, additional texts to ensure we had everything we needed)! The space was perfect for hanging out, enjoying each other and the space had everything we needed to be home away from home. Loved the gas stove and open layout of the living area.
