When you have gotten your fill of this amazing home, you will be just steps away from the Shores Resort and all its amenities and activities!!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. Quick Stay in St. George

We were in for a quick couple of nights in St. George to enjoy the wonderful national parks and the Tuacahn Theater. The townhouse was perfect for our group (grandparents down to an infant), it had the space that we needed for the group and contained all the necessary comforts of home. We were not able to enjoy the amenities of the community but they looked fabulous, especially the lagoon, nor did we get a chance to enjoy the rooftop patio. We look forward to our next visit and the opportunity to stay her once again.

The property was awesome! The house had literally EVERYTHING we could want. We were so happy to find a cooler for our use as it was very hot and that made day tripping easier. There were tons of games and outdoor equipment for the whole family to use. Would recommend for families!

The amenities at this property are amazing! The pools and lagoon are so fun! This house has a lot of stairs! Don’t bring young toddlers and elderly because the stairs are steep! We had a paddle board that had a big hole and didn’t know it until we had already had transported it to the lagoon so that was disappointing. The grill was out of propane so we had to go to the top floors grill and get that propane tank and bring it downstairs. The kitchen is small for big groups. So overall we didn’t like the house but loved the amenities.

We had an amazing experience. The host was very responsive and easy to reach, the place was spotless, close to the lagoon, and it had everything we needed and more. This is the perfect location and setup for families! The property is very clean and well stocked with just about anything you could need. It is also close to all of the amenities Desert Color has to offer. There are plenty of places to park which was a relief. My kids felt right at home and were sad to leave. We will be back!

Great rental / - plenty of room, fun rental amenities (board games, xbox, fun bean bags) and resort style feel that made all 4 of us love our stay. The location was great - access to fun hikes (checkout Aspiration Point just a 3 minute drive away) and an easy drive to Sand Hallow State Park. We used the pool and played catch in the lagoon - great way to wind down (and cool down!) after the activities of the day. Highly recommend!
