Las Palmas 201
The property was as listed. My kids loved the room they got to stay in. The property was clean, close to family fun and has an indoor pool. The pool was VERY crowded and smelled of heavy chlorine but it didn’t seem to bother my kids. We’d stay here again.
When we arrived, the spare bedroom door hinge was broke, and the toilet paper holder in the second bathroom was broken. We attempted to get a hold of management but they weren’t available or they were out of the office for the weekend. We left messages with whoever answered the phone, and we took pictures of the couple issues. My only concern is their policies say that management needs to be informed within 24 hours of arriving or we do not receive our damages deposit back, attempts were made, but we were never able to talk to management.
