Great for a quick getaway

Very clean place! The walls are a bit thin. We could hear the neighbors. Other than that it’s a great place to stay! We loved the lagoon and the pool. Desert Color has great amenities.

LOVE THIS PLACE

We really enjoyed our stay at J Bryd's. The kids loved the bunk room and spent every minute they could there. Our rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with essential's of everyday use. The only thing we were not prepared for was the distance we had to carry our gear. It was not a super big deal but had we know the closest spot you could possibly park was that far we would have thrown in a collapsible wagon. Overall we would definitely recommend JByrd's.

Great house. Great property. Great location

We loved our time in Desert Colors. The house worked great for our needs and it was very clean. One annoyance was the multiple home showings while we were there. The property is for sale and on our last day, we had two different families that showed up and toured the house. It was very awkward for everyone. I don’t know if this is a normal occurrence with Red Rock Rentals. We are coming back in a few weeks and renting with them again and I’m worried this will happen again :/. I hope not.

Great but disappointing

We were very excited to come down and let our little kids play in the sand next to the lagoon. Unfortunately the lagoon had been drained and everything was closed. I know that it is out of the control of the property owner but it was very disappointing to get there and not be able to use the lagoon, which was the whole reason we went there.

It was perfect for 5 of us, I cant see having more then 10 people stay it would become very crowded. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and Lagoon area. The condo was very nice and clean, the bedrooms and bathrooms were great. They are building all over around the lagoon still so a lot of dust everywhere, because of this we didnt use the roof sitting area, but it looked nice. We would stay here again.

Desert Color

We had a great stay at Desert Color. This property is still under construction and they do not currently have pickleball courts. The pool, hot tub and Lagoon are a great way to spend your vacation on a hot day! We had a great stay with plenty of room! The property was clean, only compliant was that the previous renters did not run the disposal so there was a weird smell, but it went away as soon as we realized what it was. Would recommend!

Perfect location

Loved how this vacation rental did beds. All kings and the the bunks were double. It was super clean and in a great location. Can’t wait to see the area when it’s all done. Kids loved the pool.
