Lovingly restored landmark historic home with a commercial kitchen, leather furniture, and nicely appointed. Close to historic district, walk to Art Festival, Museums, and watch the marathon/Iron Man from the front porch. Mature pecan trees with lots of shade and flowers.
Wake to the sounds of mourning doves and enjoy several outdoor sitting areas. Note: The exterior is undergoing minor improvements and paint, front porch may be impacted during the day.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker.

This property was so nice, remodeled historic home with great amenities. A chef’s kitchen including a Wolf range made cooking a delight. Walk to shops, restaurants, entertainment and more. Minutes drive from amazing parks and sight seeing. Owner is very responsive. And off street parking.
