The property was in a good location in St. George. When we walked in it smelt like an old house and everything seemed old. It really needs to be updated and decorated. Even the toilets are old, they are the little round one's, you need to put in the newer oval tall ones and the tub is very unsafe for older people, you might need to put in grip bars.

Great start to the summer

Las Palmas was a great location for our time at Gunlock Falls and Snow Canyon. The pools and ping pong were lots of fun. The condo was comfortable and perfect for our family of four. There is an elevator to get to the 3rd floor with a designated parking space in front of the garage. Make sure to bring cooking oil and any spices other than salt and pepper. This was fun. I would come back.

Great Vacation destination

We had a great experience. The condo is located between the waterfall pool and the family pool which was really nice. We had a problem with the TV subscriptions being logged out, but management resolved it the next morning and had great communication. 1 thing that we didn't like was the balcony (on all of the condos in las palmas) rail height seemed to only be about 3 feet tall and not super sturdy. We were careful to keep our small children away from it.

We’ve stayed at Las Palmas a few times and love the facilities for our family. This condo was very clean. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook all meals. Overall great choice.

Great family stay

We took the family to St. George to watch a production at Tuacahn. This property was perfect....great location. Everything was clean and organized for our stay. The kids loved the hot tub at the rec center too.
