This fully renovated oasis features multi-level decks ideal for relaxation, dining, and admiring the stunning sunsets. Our location is perfect for exploring everything this gorgeous area has to offer. Just 10 minutes from all the amazing wineries & Cideries, 10 minutes to downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake or St. Catharines, and 20 minutes from Niagara Falls.

Accommodations and Amenities: Nestled in the quaint Port Weller neighbourhood, our lakeside community provides calm and warmth. This modernized bungalow comfortably sleeps 6 adults, with additional bedding available for young children/babies.
Main Floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom (shower and tub), and an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area. Sliding doors in the living room open to a deck with lake vistas.
Lower Floor: A bedroom with a double bed, a common area with a large daybed and TV with all the streaming services, and a bathroom with a shower. This self-contained 'suite' offers privacy and comfort.
Outdoors: Enjoy our amazing backyard with a massive three-tiered deck perfectly designed for ultimate comfort and breathtaking views compete with a fire table. You can't beat this backyard oasis for its comfort and the sunset views.
Although we're directly on the waterfront, note that direct beach access is not available; however, Jones Beach is a mere 5-minute walk.

HOUSE RULES: Our house rules are straightforward; some are city-enforced bylaws beyond our control. The city has implemented strict regulations on short-term rentals. Non-compliance may result in us receiving fines, loss of demerit points, or even loss of our short-term rental license. We take these bylaws and house rules very seriously and appreciate your understanding.
• Minimum age to book is 25 years old. • No parties/events; strict adherence required. • Maximum of 6 adults on the property without prior approval. • Maximum of 3 cars in the driveway (City bylaw). • Street parking is not permitted (City bylaw). • No open fires permitted, (City law). • Indoor smoking is prohibited. • Small to medium-sized dogs are welcome (limit of 2).

Local Attractions: • Eastport Park and Happy Rolph's Animal Farm are within walking distance, offering playgrounds, sports courts, and a petting zoo. • Beach access is just down the street. • Grocery stores and an LCBO are an 8-minute drive. • Wineries & Cideries are mere minutes away.
A "Cottage Booking Registration" will be sent via email and must be filled in and sent back before the check-in date. Our team will send a message as soon as it has been sent to you. Depending on your booking check-in date, this can take a few days - to a few weeks to be issued.

We don't have any rules that should surprise you. Some of the below are city enforced bylaws that are out of our control. As of this year, the city has imposed strict regulations on all "Short term rentals". Failure to comply will result in the hosts/property owners receiving hefty fines, loss of demerit points, and ultimately losing their short-term rental licence. We take these bylaws, and additional house rules very seriously. We hope you understand.
1. No parties/events to be held on the property. (no exceptions, sorry) 2. No more than 6 adults are permitted on the property, without prior consent. 3. No excessive noise/music, especially outside after 10pm. (City bylaw) 4. No smoking indoors, please. 5. No more than 3 cars are permitted in the driveway. (City bylaw) 6. No street parking is permitted. (Strictly enforced bylaw) 7. We allow SMALL DOGS ONLY and a maximum of 2. There is a $50 dollar charge per stay. 8. For all bookings if cancellation is required, the processing fee will not be refunded.

Quick get away for a few days...
Other than gold rainy couple of days we loved the area. Great place to walk our dogs, very close to Niagara on the lake.
View to lake was great, very quite and relaxing, just what we needed.
You would never know yoy are in St. Catharines, so close to city life...

Canada Wine Trip
Our stay at the Lakehouse was fabulous! We were looking for a fun and relaxing spot while visiting wineries in the Beamsville Bench and Niagara-On-The-Lake wine regions and this property was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the lake views every morning while enjoying coffee out on the deck. The check-in and check-out process could not have been easier, thanks to our wonderful hosts. My only minor complaint is that the two beds upstairs should been on bedframes, not just a mattress and box spring on the floor. Hopefully this is remedied soon. Other than that, this place is awesome!
