For my family of 4 this place was great. We did miss having beach front but this place isn’t far from the beach and easily walkable or even drivable if you wish. Props are, In side was very clean, the beds were beyond comfortable. The kitchen had more than enough dishes and utensils for cooking which we did a lot of during our week stay. The bunk beds were a hit with my kids and even had an extra bed rail in the closet for my youngest who won rock paper scissors for the top bunk. There was a cabinet full of clean towels in the hall as well. TVs worked in both the kids room and living room when needed. The top hit of this place was the hot tub! We used this a ton and it was very clean. Cons but aren’t worth taking stars away. If you have a larger vehicle parking can be an issue getting in and out. It is not listed that this is a triplex though it is very quiet and the property owner in the middle is super sweet. The landscaping is very over grown in the back, no hammocks or cute little bench as pictured. The patio is in need of desperate repair though I know they have had a couple hurricanes in 2024 it’s still functioning. The hot tub had a horrible chlorine smell to the point it burnt our eyes (I’m glad to know it was treated properly though) we just opened the lid a few minutes before getting in it. I’d have to say the best part is the cat next door Grimm he’s a tuxedo cat who won the heart of my daughter and made our leave super hard.

Every morning during my morning coffee on the patio Grimm would politely ask to come in the patio and wait for my daughter to come out and play.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The beachy decor throughout the house created such a relaxing atmosphere, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent—our questions were answered quickly every time. We also appreciated the convenience of the keyless entry code.The hot tub was a fabulous way to wind down each evening, and we loved having a cute coffee shop just down the street with delicious coffee. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return!

Beautiful, clean, nicely decorated inside of the apartment… however the bushes and shrubs have taken over some of the outdoor seating space as well as the goldfish pond? Never could find it but assume it’s in the over grown butterfly bush?Parking was a bit tight in my ford f150, we had to back around cars and down the driveway to exit. Beds and furniture was comfortable, linens were well stocked, kitchen was nice and functional for everything we needed. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Spectacular stay! Cute, clean, and great value. Just the type of place we needed. We chose this house because we wanted something close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Our stay was perfect for us. We parked our car and did not get back in the car until we left. We walked to the beach, to dinner, back to the house for hot tub time. Woke up walked on the beach, found a local breakfast cafe. The house had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds, coffee. Already recommended to my brother and his wife.

Perfect beach location. Walk to beach and had a great time. Not crowded at all. Beautiful clean Florida blue water and soft sand. This home has a good location and good amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, sand toys and beach chairs. There is a fire pit but we did not use it. The home was very clean and had everything we would want. Host was very nice and gave us detailed information about the area. Highly recommend!

Lovely property and home. Home was clean and very comfortable. My wife made a note of mattress brand to replace ours at home since she slept so well on the comfortable one here. We enjoyed the hot tub and walking to the beach. The beach close by is easy to walk to and very beautiful. We walked and swam. We stopped at a cute cafe on our walk back. The location of this property is really good and we only used our car when we drove to the historical part of St Augustine. Host was very pleasant and gave us recommendations for dining. We come to St Augustine often and this will be where we stay from now on.

From Fort to Fountain, flowering and fawning fireworks, and the R&R experience expected, the vacation amenities, access, and all-around Augustine influence, it couldn’t have been any more perfect.

We stayed for a couple nights and had the best time. The property was clean, had all the necessities, and even came with a friendly neighborhood cat! The host checked in on us and gave us some great recommendations. We hope to be back in the future!

Perfect Location!

We loved our stay at this home in St. Augustine! It was the perfect distance from everything we wanted to do and usually within 30 minutes travel time. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after walking all day. We would absolutely stay here again!

St. Augustine Beach stay

Overall the rental was nice. The bedrooms had no storage for clothes, a dresser in the closet of each bedroom would have been helpful for our longer stay so we could have unpacked and not had to live out of our bags. The space was nice and clean. The fridge did leak, but communicated this with the owner and they were going to check it. That did not overly change our stay. The back porch with hot tub was a nice addition, but there were some issues with ants out there; we also alerted the owner to this so hopefully that is fixed. The back yard seems to be a shared space, but most of it was overgrown and really not accessible for use, which was kind of a bummer with our three kids there and wanting to be able to relax outside some. The location was great, we were close to all the things we wanted to do. Communication with the owners could have been better. Our son left his brand new lovey there (which is on us) but when reaching out to them next day about requesting if cleaning crew saw it, or if we could pay to get it shipped back to us, we were either delayed with responses or completely ignored. We were promised they would be back in touch with us to see if we could locate the lovey (we gave exact description and location of where it was left) and we never heard anything back from them. I waited to write this review after that interaction, which was in March, and we still never heard back from the host.

Perfect Getaway

This place suited our needs. Not too much to do in the immediate vicinity besides Butler Beach, but not more than a 15 minute drive from pretty trails, beaches, and the Historic District. This place was easy to locate and a perfect base camp for day trips. The weather wasn’t too hot so the hot tub was out saving grace. Perfect size for 3, 5 people might feel a little cramped in the kitchen/living room

Hot Tub Heaven

Very much enjoyed time spent at the rental. All problems incountered were rapidly taken care of, would definitely stay again. Dorothy great host and Jason great fixer. Hot Tub a real bonus
