Inside, you`ll find a spacious and inviting living area with an expansive couch, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, including your fresh catch from the St. Augustine Pier. The primary suite is a true retreat, featuring a private bathroom, sliding doors leading to a covered patio with a pool view, and a cozy ambiance for restful nights. The second bedroom is thoughtfully designed with a twin-over-full bunk bed and an additional twin trundle, providing flexible sleeping arrangements.

Pack light—this unit includes a full-size washer/dryer for your convenience. For added fun, the private storage closet is stocked with two full-size surfboards, boogie boards, and beach toys, ensuring endless entertainment.

Step outside to enjoy the covered patio, just a few steps from the pool. Whether you`re soaking up the sun or diving into the waves, this condo offers the ultimate beachside experience.

⭐ Parking Spot: Free parking for one vehicle is provided. Guest parking is available, and guests should let the host know how many additional parking passes they’ll need prior to arrival.

In the heart of St Augustine beach. Right next to the pier where you can watch surfers. Walk, ride the trolley to restaurants and shops and next to the state park that has amazing dunes and wildlife. Close to the lighthouse and 5 miles from downtown historic St Augustine, the fort, restaurants , Marinas and where night of lights is celebrated and memorable.

⭐️This condo is next to the condo office where you can get pamphlets of anything you want to do in the area. They do ask if you have a dog, that they not to be left all day to bark to disturb other tenants.

⭐Swim at your own risk at the pool and ocean. No lifeguard on duty.

⭐We provide essential starter supplies—soap, paper towels, and toilet paper—for the first four days of your stay. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies after that.

⭐Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of the community`s quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. This ensures a peaceful environment for all residents and guests.

There were several good restaurants in walking distance. Nice pool area. Beach was easily accessible. Short drive to downtown St. Augustine. Having the beach chairs, boards and toys right outside the door was very convenient. Primary bedroom was nice size. The bunk bedroom was tight with 3 teens/kids but it was workable.
