Great space, convenient Beach access

Really good space for my two teens and four year old. Easy access to the beach! Very quiet place. Washer and dryer in-unit was very helpful.

Excellent Beach Condo

We have vacationed at Ocean House for many years, so we knew what to expect. This was our first rental through VRBO. This condo was clean, comfortable, recently renovated, and nicely equipped. Since I get around with a cane or walker, we really appreciated the ground floor, beachfront location, which made it quick and easy to access the ocean front and the pool.

Great place to stay!

We have been staying here for about 7 years. First time ever that we could tell the maintenance / yard man was GONE! The landscaping was usually in immaculate shape but this time it wasn't until Thursday morning (we arrived on the Saturday before) that someone finally cut the grass and did the edging. He did a pretty good job but he left lots of tall weeds around the edges of the property that the "usual" maintenance yard guy would have never left! They may want to bring that guy back! Also, the fact that I had no dealings with the front office was a plus! Rikki with Sovereign & Jacobs was just a text away and was a very kind and helpful person! I will be booking my next vacation through her! Thanks Rikki!
