Oceanview Townhouse corner unit

Come and stay at our updated, cozy condo overlooking phase 1 pool with a view of the Atlantic ocean. The unit is equipped with a king size bed in master with a large TV and walk-in shower in bathroom, two twin size beds in guest bedroom with a large TV and comfortable setting. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower. The dining room table has seating for 6 so the whole family can enjoy mealtime together. The unit has wood flooring throughout first level and second level. Summerhouse has 4 temperature regulated pools to swim comfortably all year round. Cooling as well as heated pool temps. Four tennis courts as well as two racquetball and pickle ball courts. Two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids. We have a small library and a gym available in the office during office hours.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
