This 2 br, 2 full bath condo was extremely clean and had every thing you may need from beach chairs and towels to wine glasses. The beds were very comfortable and the large tv in the living room was a plus. The condo complex is quiet and offers a short walk to St. Augustine Beach. There are many restaurants on the main road too. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice touches like boxes of facial tissues, welcoming snacks, starter coffee K cups, beach towels, and beach chairs that carry like a backpack.The Keurig does have a drip coffee option too!The elevator was very convenient for move in/move out days.Comfy beds and nice balcony with view of the water. We had a great time relaxing here, whether we were inside or out. Inside is clean and bright and comfortable. The balcony has a view of trees and the dunes and the beach itself, and the beach access is right by the building. There are lots of good seafood places withinten minutes' drive along the main street, ditto for ice cream shops.

This was a wonderful stay! Rob is super helpful, responsive and accommodating! This place has everything you need and so so so nice to start with a few essentials that they share what they have! We have stayed in a lot of beach rentals in Florida and this by far is at the top of list. Only downfall is no close grills but very minor and there is a charcoal grill on the property!2 pools and 5 hot tubs nearby and beautiful ocean!
