Located in the Summer Haven area, this condo provides a secluded getaway on a barrier island south of Fort Matanzas and just north of Marineland. It’s only a 20-minute drive to Historic Downtown and 10 minutes to St. Augustine Beach. Nearby attractions include Fort Matanzas, Marineland, fishing, state parks, and more. A taste of spring at the ocean

Location, location, location!! Beautiful sunrises and just steps from the beach. Very quiet area and nearly private, white sand, dog friendly beach. The unit has had some upgrades but could use some TLC to enhance the total experience

Would Definitely stay here again

We were going to the Daytona 500, so the location was great. St. Augustine is just a few minutes away so there is plenty to do. It’s gated, and the beach is right outside your back door! The condo is well maintained and very clean A huge plus in my book! Everyone was very friendly. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks So Much!

Family vacation

This location is the absolute best. I wanted to be on the beach and close to attractions but not in a crazy, busy tourist area. This place checked all the boxes. Will definitely stay again!
