Happy with the accommodations. Was everything as advertised. Very comfortable and clean. Great location to the beach. Would have gone in the pool but too chilly. Nice location to restaurants.

Nice place, clean, good location

The upstairs bathtub backs up and you're standing in water while showering. The upstairs sink should have a stopper which would help with the odor coming up from the trap.

Quiet, Immaculate and Peaceful

We were supposed to be in Western NC when Helene hit so we "pivoted" and decided to stay near St. Augustine instead. Got the booking right away without a problem. The check in and check out guides were very thorough. The host was awesome and answered some basic questions I had about stuff I probably didn't need to ask about. The property is exactly as shown. It is very clean and perfect for people looking for a quiet stay while still having close access to St. Augustine and the surrounding beaches. The sunset over the intercoastal from the backporch and or the pool desk was incredible. Worth a stay if you are considering the area.

Beautiful Retreat

I spent 2 weeks at this beautiful condo. The condo is as the pictures and description states. Beds were comfortable, some of the best of The condos I’ve stayed in. The view from the condo was great, we watched boats of all sizes, dolphins and turtles and the sunsets were spectacular! I will definitely be returning!!

Perfect spot

It was the perfect vacation. The views from bedroom were awesome. Seeing dolphins, manatees, and sea turtles from the dock was the coolest. My husband and daughters loved fishing there. Will like to stay again.

Excellent Vacation Spot

We absolutely loved this rental! Very clean and exactly as pictured. It has a beautiful view from the back porch allowing you to watch the sunset. We were able to park our boat at the dock for easy access. The location provides many delicious food options at a variety of prices. It is also not far from the tourist attractions. Check-in process was a breeze and the property manager was extremely helpful and welcoming. We had a great time and will book again in the near future.

Great Stay

We have stayed at this complex several times in different units. This one is located by the pool with a great view of the river. The condo is well furnished and the owners are wonderful. Communication was on point and we had a wonderful stay. Will certainly book this unit again!

I have been coming to at Augustine for 34 years have always stayed on the ocean side in a small complex. Point mantanza was wonderful small complex,beautiful scenery wildlife dolphins,manatees I would recommend this highly close to everything and quiet cannot wait to book again. ❤️This place

Wonderful stay

We seen dolphins and a rocket launch from the patio, and turtles from the dock. It was so relaxing watching the boats go by while watching the sunset. We will definitely be back

Our Favorite Spot

I can’t say enough about how perfect this property is. This is our second time staying here. Quiet, water views, easy to watch big kids enjoy the pool, so close to the beach. This condo is by far the best place to stay. I’m a newly single Mom - making it and very grateful to be on my own. This is the best place to stay with your family and recharge. Such a special place!

Home away from home

Nice cute place and a quiet neighborhood. The view at the back is amazing next to the Matanzas River. We could have use the pool but it’s cold( it’s December :) Sunrise and sunset view wows me! Highly recommended to friends and family. High five to the Host and cleaning lady.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this property! The owner was very easy to communicate with leading up to our stay and throughout the stay. The house was clean and accommodated our needs. The view from this property was amazing! The overall condo community was great—pleasant people, peaceful atmosphere, and the pool was very nice. The walk to the beach wasn’t too far, which was a plus. The only issue we ran into was getting Uber and DoorDash. An Uber driver informed us that the distance of the property from Downtown may be the main reason it’s hard to find many available Uber drivers in that area. Overall, we had an amazing stay!
