CRC 2101 - Excellent Oceanfront Condo
Walk right out your door directly to the beach walkway, and just steps away from the oceanfront pool and children's playground from this recently renovated oceanfront condo. This condo is perfect for those looking for a more quiet vacation as this corner condo does not overlook the courtyard. Enjoy the ocean breezes from the large patio while you enjoy your morning coffee or grill out for dinner on the condos personal electric grill. The kitchen has granite counter tops, ample cabinet space and fully equipped to host a family for the beachfront vacation of their dreams. It is fully equipped and includes a drip coffee pot and full sized washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a queen and a twin bed in the guest bedroom and one set of twin bunk beds in the smaller third bedroom known as the "Crow's Nest". There is also a full size sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping. This condo does not have a larger, outdoor grill. They have a smaller indoor grill for the countertop.
All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Nestled on the sun kissed Atlantic Coast and within the vicinity of the historic St. Augustine, the nation’s oldest city, the condo provides ample opportunity for entertainment and relaxation. Nearby attractions include but are not limited too; Anastasia State Park, the Alligator Farm and Flagler College.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!
Enjoy St Augustine’s family fun, kid friendly entertainment attractions such as the Alligator Farm, Lighthouse and Maritime Museum, Pirate and Treasure Museum and the Potter’s Wax Museum all within a short drive.

It is a great location on the water and on the first floor, so we didn't have to use elevators to lug things upstairs.
the third bedroom was really too small for adult size people. We managed as I couldn't find a bigger unit on the beach. Loved sitting outside enjoying the beautiful view.I would recommend better curtains, as soon as the sun was up, it was way too bright in the den and master bedroom. Very nice condo! Had a great time on the beach!

We were actually the first owners of the unit almost 35 years ago. We owned it and used it often, selling it after 6 years because we got a puppy and there was a strict no-pet policy, which I wrote, as President of the Condo Association for five years.
We were happy and nostalgic to be back. Had fun for the first several days. Then, early Friday morning, While I was having breakfast, I heard someone trying to get in the front door, which was locked from the inside. I went to see what was going on, to find 2 men, a woman and 2 teenagers wanting to come in and remove the patio furniture and store it in the living room. They said it was "storm prep." They also had no idea the unit was occupied, and asked if they could start getting the very large outside table and chairs placed inside.
I said I wasn't leaving until the next day. The storm was not on track to be anywhere close for six days. They just kepy repeating that if was an owner I could "ride it out," but otherwise the patio furniture needed to be brought in and stacked up in my unit, with or without me and my wife residing there. I told the I saw no reason to leave, especially as the storm was almost a week away and I had prepaid for the unit. and would be leaving in 24 hours. They clearly did not like my response. I asked them why they didn't knock or identify themselves at the front door, to which the younger teenager sneered "Have a nice day."
This episode made it abundantly clear we were in the way, and needed to go, which is what we did. When we were asked how we enjoyed our stay at the office, I told the woman what happened. She then proceeded to give me a lecture on why I was wrong and they were right. Rather than explode, I set the keys down and left. Seething
