Corner unit that is right next to wooden ramp to the beach.
Two heated pools, tennis court and shuffle board coarse at complex.

This condominium is on the top 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Open plan kitchen, dining and living area with balcony that had the most beautiful sea view!

Interaction with guests are very limited to none. Condominium have a keyless entry with a time and date specific code. We can be reached by AirB&B messenger if needed and will be more than welcome to help.

Please DO NOT start washing linen and towels with checking out. Gathering all used ones will help a lot.
DISHES:
Please clean/wash and packed away all dishes used.
SAND:
Please rinse and dry all the beach toys, chairs umbrellas. Use outside showers to rinse of any sand before entering the house.

Our stay at the condo was great . It is equipped with everything you need .We found it to be comfortable and the location was perfect. It is literally steps from the beach. We loved hanging out on the balcony with our morning coffee. We got to experience some beautiful sunrises. We utilized the pool one day, it was very clean ' well maintained and the few people that were there were super friendly. We took a short ride into St.Augustine a couple of times and found some good restaurants. Thanks for a great experience.
