Sand Dollar is by far the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in. Mike is a great communicator and he and Karyn went above and beyond to provide a gorgeous and relaxing space for our time in St Augustine. The beautiful homemade cookies at check-in were a delicious bonus! The condo was well furnished and comfortable for 4 adults. Beds and linens were great and there were plenty of towels, plates, cups, glasses and utensils. We appreciated all the little extras- spices, oil, starter coffee, ziplocks, cleaning supplies, and broom, as well as beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. The covered parking spot and washer and dryer were also important to us.The balcony was our favorite spot, but the view is amazing from inside and out! We enjoyed the peacefulness of Vilano and the closeness of St Augustine for restaurants and fun things to do. Thanks for the recommendation for Casa Reina, it was SO good! We are already looking forward to next time!

This is a beautiful and stunning condo on the beach! Love the waves and breeze. Fantastic walking beach! Mark and Karyn offer the best hospitality, including a notebook of describing the restaurants they enjoy the most. We first stayed here a year ago. The second visit was again top notch!

Fantastic Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Seawatch. We had a very clean/beautiful condo with all of its amenities, delicious home made cookies and beautiful view of the beach with its morning sunrises. Our great grand children stayed one night with us and had such a good time that they didn’t want to go home. Hope to come back.

Christmas getaway

We had a fantastic time. Condo has high end finishes with beautiful ocean front views. Lovely beach walks just steps away and quick trips into St Augustine to see the Christmas lights. Condo was tastefully decorated for a beach Christmas. Special touches like the Christmas decor, custom cookies and a greeting and tour by the owner made it a truly special stay. Thanks Mike and Karyn for an awesome holiday retreat!!

Mike was super helpful in keeping us posted of the impacts of hurricanes Helene and Milton and then making sure the property was ready for our visit! We had a great time in the condo as usual. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was provided.

LOVED IT!!!

We really loved our stay at Sand Dollar! The property host, Mike, was helpful and an excellent communicator. The condo was super clean and comfortable. The beds and showers were great! The best part was waking up, having coffee, and enjoying the ocean and sunrise on the deck. Staying right on the ocean is the most magical experience. This was a great location for daily beach walks, Publix and the fishing pier in walking distance, and excellent restaurants nearby. We loved the care and attention to detail that you put into your condo to make it a top-notch place to stay. Thank you so much and we hope to see you again!

Another Perfect Day in Paradise

this wasn’t my first experience at staying at the property owned by Mike and Karyn. I will always be a repeat customer to one of the finest places in North Florida. You could not ask for a more beautiful ocean view setting, or a more comfortable and inviting environment to live in while on vacation and still be able to enjoy the sites of St. Augustine which you’re so close by. Renovated unit was gorgeous!

We have stayed at this condo several times now but I will have to say that this owner has thought of everything. Frequently utilized condiments were stocked, beach towels, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, beach toys, coffee filters, cleaning supplies and plenty of TP too :). The owner left hand made beach themed cookies (such a nice touch!) and the place was decorated top notch. They thought of everything to make the stay convenient.

Quality NE FLA Stay

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo is beautiful and the Atlantic equally so. Enjoyed sunrises and full moon rise over the water. This spot is even better than the online photos. Wonderful walking beach. Whether you're seeking privacy or more social life, you can find both. Fabulous restaurants on Vilano Beach and in St. Augustine. Hosts are most gracious. Highly recommend.

Another fabulous stay!

This was our third stay at either Sand Dollar or C-Scape so, obviously, we keep coming back. The fabulous condo offers a spectacular view, a perfect outdoor space, access to a beautiful walkable beach and easy access to a grocery store and St. Augustine. The condo was super clean and has literally everything you need (I have yet to stay anywhere else that is as well equipped as this one). You could literally just bring a toothbrush and a bathing suit and you would be all set. Communication with Mike was great and the checking/checkout process was easy. Already looking at dates for next year!
